Dear Friends and Colleagues,
On behalf of the organizing committee, I cordially invite you to attend IEEE International Conference on Mechatronics (ICM2021).
The Conference will be held from March 7-9, 2021, at Online.

Japanese government declared a state of emergency for a pandemic in the greater Tokyo area on January 7th, and the on-site conference was cancelled unfortunately.
As a result, ICM will move from hybrid to full online conference and the registration fee will be reduced.
For attendance with no paper upload, we will open the registration site until February 28.
