IEEE ARSO 2021はハイブリッド形式での開催を目指して準備を進めてまいりましたが、この度、"完全オンライン形式"で開催することを決定いたしました。
新型コロナウイルスの緊急事態宣言が延長されたことなどを踏まえ、運営委員会として判断させていただきました。
現地参加を予定されていた方々には大変ご迷惑をお掛けいたしますが、ご理解を頂戴したく思います。
また、2月15日まで Full Paper を募集しておりますので、大学院生や学部生の研究成果を積極的にご投稿いただければ幸いです。
ワクチン接種等により、早期に新型コロナウイルスの大流行が終息することを願っております。

It is our great honor to announce the 17th IEEE International Conference on Advanced Robotics and Its Social Impacts (ARSO 2021), will be held in fully online format on July 8 - 10, 2021. All papers are presented on-demand movie. Selected papers can be presented in live sessions, in addition to the on-demand movie.
Advanced Robots are expected in their promising applications into various services dedicated to our society. The robots must bring great impacts to the society positively and might do negatively. Those impacts should be considered and discussed from viewpoint of not only technical solution but also the social issues including safety, law, ethics, psychology and philosophy.
