IEEE ICRA Expo 2025: Call for Robot Demos
The International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA) 2025 will host the second iteration of ICRA Expo, at Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta. ICRA EXPO is a unique opportunity for robotics enthusiasts to showcase their innovative research through live demonstrations.
Highlights of ICRA Expo:
Everyone is Invited: Submission is open for everyone, whether your paper was accepted or not in ICRA.
Demo Space: 3x3m booths with AC 110V power (number of plugs and max power TBD), a 55’’ monitor, a poster board, a 6ft or 8ft table, and access to a shared workbench.
Get Recognized: Compete for the Outstanding Demo Award.
The submission deadline is April 11th.
How to Participate:
Prepare Your Demo: Get your robot or system ready for a live show.
Create an Abstract: Summarize your innovation and demo in a concise abstract.
Prepare a Video: A short video (max 180s, 20mb) to accompany your abstract.
Submit: Via PaperPlaza by April 11th, 2025.
